Volumetric vane pumps

GREENPUMPS GPP magnetic drive Sealless volumetric vane pumps are designed and fabricated for a low and constant flow, high head, with an automatic differential pressure.

All GREENPUMPS pumps, due to the construction features are thought to have zero leakages even in extreme working conditions.

The absence of mechanical seal or packing gland eliminates dangerous emission in order to protect the environment and workers.

Specifications

GPP GREENPUMPS pumps can maintain design head and flow for an extended running period, because graphite internal vanes compensate automatically the wear due to creep.

GPP pumps are ideal to pump liquids slightly lubricant and to maintain constant head during normal working.

  • Head up to 5 Bar (72 PSI)
  • Flow up to 400 l/h (1,75 GPM) @ 50 Hz / up to 430 l/h (1,9 GPM) @ 60 Hz
  • Dry self-priming up to 2,5m (8 feet) of water
  • Temperature range -30°C (-22 °F) up to 50°C (122°F) for PVDF
  • Temperature range -30°C (-22 °F) up to 40°C (104°F) for PP
  • Specific gravities up to 2 kg/dm³
  • Viscosities up to 2000 cPs (8 poles motor)
  • System pressure rating 4 bar (232 PSI).
