Casted centrifugal pumps

GREENPUMPS GPM.2 Caster M Sealless Alloy Centrifugal pumps are designed and fabricated for light duty and transfer caustic liquid applications, solvents, alkali, for industrial applications, chemical and OEM.

GPM.2 Caster M pumps are fabricated with casting technology.

Pump simply design with very low rotating parts increases MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure), allows easy maintenance and increases reliability.

Pump design permits a simple maintenance increasing pump reliability.

Specifications

All GREENPUMPS pumps, due to the construction features are thought to have zero leakages even in extreme working conditions.

The absence of mechanical seal or packing gland eliminates dangerous emission in order to protect the environment and workers.

  • Head up to 24 m (78 feet) @ 50 Hz / up to 34 m (111 feet) @ 60 Hz
  • Flow up to 28 m3/h (102 GMP) @ 50 Hz/ up to 40 m3/h (146 GPM) @ 60 Hz
  • Temperature range from -40°C (-40°F) to 200°C (392°F)
  • Specific gravity up to 2 kg/dm³
  • Standard system pressure 16 bar (232 PSI).
  • Pumps are also available in compliance with ATEX regulation category EX II 2 G
