GREENPUMPS GPCA SS316 centrifugal Magnetic drive Sealless pumps series, are in compliance with ISO5199 / ISO2858 / DIN24256 norms.

 Are built and designed to reach an high efficiency and a low value of NPSHr. Are available in close coupled configuration with the motor directly coupled to the pump or in long coupled configuration with joint between pump and motor.

It is also available in compliance with API685 norms.

All GREENPUMPS pumps, due to the construction features are thought to have zero leakages even in extreme working conditions.

Absence of mechanical seal or packing gland eliminates dangerous emission to protect the environment and workers.

Specifications

With casing construction with END suction and TOP discharge, it is not necessary remove the air inside the pump with “Vent” before pump start-up. Air inside leaves the pump automatically through the discharge nozzle (self Venting).

The impeller is balanced through back vanes and not through balancing holes; this is a big advantage with low boiling mediums.

Containment shell with HC276 can or entirely made in Titanium for magnetic losses reduction.

These pumps have few rotation parts, so they have a high MTBF value (mean time between failure).
